Bergenfield’s Guidance Department is pleased to make available to our Student’s Family Connection from Naviance. Family Connection is a comprehensive website that you can use to help you in making decisions about courses, colleges, and careers. Family Connection is linked with Counselor's Office, a service that we use in our office to track and analyze data about college and career plans, so it provides up-to-date information that's specific to our school. This program also gives you the ability to track your guidance profile regarding career planning.

 

 

The STEM Program at BHS is an Advance Placement Program for gifted students considering careers in the sciences, technology and engineering fields. The program coordinator is Dr. Kahyaoglu (Chemistry/Technology). Along with Dr. Kahyaoglu, there are six faculty members involved in the program: Mrs. Thadani (Biology/Marine Science), Mr. Neff (Engineering/Physics), Mr. Fidler (Robotics/Computer Science), Mr. Bongo (Engineering/Math), Mr. Senzamici (Medicine/Environmental Science).
