  • BHS AP Scholars

    Congratulations to the BHS students and staff as the number of students receiving AP Scholar recognition increased by 18 students from last year. This year, BHS has a total of 95 overall AP Scholars, with 23 students receiving AP Scholar with Honor, 19 students receiving AP Scholar with Distinction and 4 students receiving National AP Scholar recognition.

    The BHS Class of 2017 has made an impression on the community and has helped BHS receive recognition as one of the "Most Challenging Schools in America" by the Washington Post for the last 6 years. For the second year in a row, BHS was recognized by the US News and World Report as being ranked in the Top 4 % of the Best High School’s in America!     For the second year in a row, Bergenfield High School has been ranked among the top 4% of high schools in the nation by the U.S. News & World Report in the 2017 Best High Schools survey.   • Honor Society Induction Ceremony

    On Monday, March 20th, Bergenfield High School held its annual Honor Society Induction Ceremony in the Bernard T. Baggs Auditorium. There were 270 students recognized in the following Honor Societies: National Honor Society, Art Honor Society, Math Honor Society, English Honor Society, Social Studies Honor Society, Science Honor Society, Tri-M Music Honor Society and World Language Honor Society.
