The BHS Literary Arts Magazine is a student-edited showcase for students’ original creative work in a variety of mediums and genres including fiction, nonfiction, poetry, two-dimensional art, cinematography, and photography. The Bergenfield High School Athletic Department is proud to announce that it is accepting nominations for the Sixth Annual BHS Athletic Hall of Fame Induction Ceremony. Nominees must have graduated from BHS a minimum of ten years ago, and must have been a varsity letter winner, team, coach, or contributor to the athletic department. On Monday, March 20th, Bergenfield High School held its annual Honor Society Induction Ceremony in the Bernard T. Baggs Auditorium. There were 270 students recognized in the following Honor Societies: National Honor Society, Art Honor Society, Math Honor Society, English Honor Society, Social Studies Honor Society, Science Honor Society, Tri-M Music Honor Society and World Language Honor Society. Bergenfield High School Principal James Fasano recently announced that Caoilin Ramsay has been named one of 16,000 Semifinalists in the 2016 National Merit Scholarship Program. Caoilin joins a group of academically talented high school seniors with an opportunity to advance and compete for some 7,400 National Merit Scholarships worth more than $32 million.
