• Athletic Department is Now Accepting Nominations for its Class of 2018

    The Bergenfield High School Athletic Department is proud to announce that it is accepting nominations for the Sixth Annual BHS Athletic Hall of Fame Induction Ceremony. Nominees must have graduated from BHS a minimum of ten years ago, and must have been a varsity letter winner, team, coach, or contributor to the athletic department.   • Honor Society Induction Ceremony

    On Monday, March 20th, Bergenfield High School held its annual Honor Society Induction Ceremony in the Bernard T. Baggs Auditorium. There were 270 students recognized in the following Honor Societies: National Honor Society, Art Honor Society, Math Honor Society, English Honor Society, Social Studies Honor Society, Science Honor Society, Tri-M Music Honor Society and World Language Honor Society.     For the fifth year in a row, Bergenfield High School has made the Washington Post’s prestigious list of “America’s Most Challenging High Schools.” This year’s ranking places BHS at 1098 in the nation, landing the school in the top 5% in the nation and top 4% of high schools, both public and private, in New Jersey.
