Board Goals

Guiding Principle: To successfully negotiate a fair and equitable contract with BEA.

1. Continue to provide opportunities for all students to increase academic achievement levels in order to maintain ranking as a top tier school district
2. Continue to promote a supportive environment that promotes diversity, equity, and inclusive programming and curriculum for all
3. Continue to strengthen student Social Emotional Learning (SEL) competencies to support expanded opportunities for informational literacy, critical thinking, civic involvement, and environmental awareness
4. Continue to increase opportunities for public engagement with parents and all other stakeholders of the educational community
5. Review, modify, and expand co-curricular activities, experiential learning, and community service opportunities
