Note: The Bergenfield Facility Use Calendar does not reflect internal school events and may not reflect all events as some requests are still pending approval.

Getting Started

Submitting a request for facility use is initially a two-step process:

STEP 1. Register Your Organization and Create an Account

STEP 2. Submit a Facility Request

You will need:

1. A Certificate of Insurance (must be submitted before the request is approved)
2. Answer the security staff question (will you need security staff for your event?)
