Welcome to Bergenfield Public Schools Facility Use Calendar. BPS is now taking facility use requests online. You will need to register your organization online before submitting requests for facility use.

Note: The Bergenfield Facility Use Calendar does not reflect internal school events and may not reflect all events as some requests are still pending approval.
Getting Started
Submitting a request for facility use is initially a two-step process:
STEP 1. Register Your Organization and Create an Account
STEP 2. Submit a Facility Request
You will need:
- A Certificate of Insurance (must be submitted before the request is approved)
- Answer the security staff question (will you need security staff for your event?)
