Student Registration

In preparation for registering your child, please gather and complete the following supporting documents.

Identification

• Child's original birth certificate with raised seal
• Parent Photo Identification: Driver's License, Passport
• If the student does not reside with both parents, official custody documents will be required

Residency

• Student Registration Requirements and Agreement
• Notarized Parent Affidavit of Legal Residence and Pupil Domicile
• Homeowner Requirements
  • Deed or Borough of Bergenfield Property Tax Bill
  • Two current utility bills with both name and address (electricity, gas, water, internet, cable)
• Non-Homeowner Requirements
  • Lease agreement with names of both parents and children
  • Two current utility bills with both name and address (electricity, gas, water, internet, cable)
  • Notarized Sworn Statement of Landlord

Health Requirements

• Medical Record form (Kindergarten/New USA residents only)
• Immunization Record - Dated, stamped, and signed by the child's doctor

School Records

• Current Report Card
• Official High School Transcript

OPTION ONE:
Current Families with Enrolled Students

If you are an existing Bergenfield Public Schools family and would like to enroll a new student, please begin enrollment using your existing Campus Parent Portal account.

1. Log into Campus Parent Portal.
2. Click on More from the menu on the left.
3. Select the Online Registration option.
4. Click Start for the Registration Year you are registering for.

If you have not setup a Campus Parent Portal account previously, please email icsupport@bergenfield.org from the email account you provided the district, including the Parent/Guardian name, your currently enrolled student, and school of attendance.

OPTION TWO:
Families New to Bergenfield Public Schools

If you are new to the Bergenfield Public School District and your household does not have any students enrolled, please begin the enrollment process with the New Family Registration button below.
