Who can use the online registration system?

Only Parents/Guardians designated with legal rights to student records may use the online enrollment.

After I click on a link, I lose my registration screen?

When you click a link, it will open the new page in another window. To return to the application, close the new window and you should be able to see your application window. If you do not, you may have additional browser windows open that are covering the application.

Can I register more than one student?

Yes. Parents/Guardians can enroll multiple students in a household at one time, if they are a Parent/Guardian of all students on the application. If you are not the Legal Parent/Guardian then the Legal Parent/Guardian will need to complete their own application.

How long does it take to complete online registration?

The new student online enrollment process takes approximately 30 minutes. It is suggested to prepare the required documents for upload prior to starting the online registration.

Can I start my registration application now and finish it later?

Yes. Applications can be saved if more data entry is needed and reopened at a later time. Please do not submit your application if additional data entry is required.

Who do I contact if I have questions about online registration?

How will I know that my registration application was received?

Once the online registration process is completed, parents will receive an email confirmation advising that their registration application has been submitted. Parents should print the application for their records.

How will I know that my registration application was approved?

After the application is reviewed by the District Registrar, you may receive an email requesting further information or an email stating the application was approved. At this time you will also receive instructions on signing up for an Infinite Campus Parent Portal account to monitor your child's progress in school.

Once my application is submitted can I go back and make changes?

No. In order to make any changes to a submitted application you will need to contact the District Registrar at anieves@bergenfield.org or call 201-385-8600 x1609.
