Great Kindness Challenge Checklist

Our school is proudly participating in The Great Kindness Challenge, a week-long program dedicated to creating a culture of kindness and compassion in communities worldwide. In light of the life-altering global pandemic, we believe it’s more important than ever to give our students the opportunity to participate in this uplifting week of kindness. To help our students practice kindness and put their compassion
into action, they will receive a Great Kindness Challenge checklist.

We will encourage all students to complete as many acts of kindness as possible at school and hope they feel inspired to continue them at home! I have attached the Kindness Family Challenge form if you would like to participate as a family.  

In addition to the Kindness Challenge, we are thrilled to participate in the 2022 Kind Coins for Peru Global Service Project!

The goal of the project is to purchase laptops for 136 students of the San Martín de Porres school in the village of El Guayabo, Peru. Due to the global pandemic and lack of resources, many children in Peru are not able to attend school or learn virtually. With your help, we will provide the much needed technology so that 136 students in El Guyabo can resume, continue and - in the future - expand their education! Students will be invited to raise funds or donate spare change for this service project from January 24th - February 28th. Nuestra escuela se enorgullece de participar en The Great Kindness Challenge, un programa de una semana dedicado a crear una cultura de bondad y compasión en las comunidades de todo el mundo. A la luz de la pandemia global que altera la vida, creemos que es más importante que nunca brindarles a nuestros estudiantes la oportunidad de participar en esta inspiradora semana de bondad. Para ayudar a nuestros estudiantes a practicar la bondad y poner su compasión
en acción, recibirán una lista de control del Gran Desafío de la Bondad.

¡Además del Desafío Bondad, estamos encantados de participar en el Proyecto de Servicio Global 2022 Kind Coins for Peru!

Nuestro objetivo es adquirir computadoras portátiles para 136 estudiantes de la escuela San Martín de Porres en el pueblo de El Guayabo, Perú. Debido a la pandemia mundial y la falta de recursos, muchos niños en Perú no pueden asistir a la escuela ni aprender virtualmente. Con tu ayuda, brindaremos la tecnología que tanto se necesita para que 136 estudiantes en El Guyabo puedan retomar, continuar y, en el futuro, ¡ampliar su educación! Se invitará a los estudiantes a recaudar fondos o donar monedas para este proyecto de servicio del 24 de enero al 28 de febrero.
